Showroom and Customer Experience

The showroom was designed to create a bright, open and contemporary retail environment, using full-height glazing, clean internal finishes and Volkswagen brand elements to support a premium customer journey.

Dedicated consultation spaces, display zones and lounge areas provide flexibility for day-to-day sales activity while maintaining a clear and welcoming environment for customers.

Workshop and Aftersales

To the rear of the showroom, the dealership includes a dedicated workshop arranged to accommodate both commercial and domestic vehicle servicing. The layout provides generous working space, multiple service bays and clear circulation for vehicles and technicians.

The workshop was developed to support efficient servicing, diagnostics and maintenance while integrating with the wider dealership operation.
