Project Lead

As the construction industry is multi-disciplined it is essential for Clients to have a Project Lead Consultant to whom he / she can address queries, and who can co-ordinate and manage the Design Team.

JHA Architecture carries out this role and provides one point of contact for the Client. This would include:

• Communication with the Client
• Co-ordination of any sub-consultants such as Structural Engineers, Ecologists, Aboriculturalists, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Quantity Surveyors etc.
• Management of Design Team meetings
• Co-ordination and distribution of Design Team information
• Key Performance Indicators
• Management and communication with contractors
