We undertake the design of estate layouts, roads, drainage and landscaping, including the design of house types and preparation of scheme drawings for full Planning Applications and working drawings for Building Regulations Applications. Further detail drawing work can be designed to meet the developer / client requirements.We have been involved in the design of individual luxury houses for clients to meet their specific needs. In addition we have had considerable involvement of design for estate layouts and house types in the social housing sector with involvement in a number of housing association schemes.
