Summary Client: The Diocese of Hallam Principal Contractor: Close Building Services Ltd Project Cost: £182,000.00 plus VAT Timescale: 18 weeks Brief We were informed by the Client that the existing Foundation Classroom provided insufficient resource space, and as a result Foundation 2 children were being taught in the school’s SEN Room which was grossly under sized. The brief was to provide an F2 Classroom which would allow interaction with F1 children at times, and also give access to the shared Foundation Stage playground area.
